Brewing Characteristics

• Alpha Acids: 13–16% (high)
• Beta Acids: 4–5.5%
• Cohumulone: ~38–45% (moderate)
• Total Oils: 1.6–2.5 mL/100g (rich in myrcene and humulene)

• Late boil additions
• Whirlpool
• Dry hopping
